We are looking for intellectually excellent individuals from a range of academic backgrounds. We recruit bright, analytical graduates who are looking for a career which can be both challenging and rewarding. Our minimum requirements are:

• Minimum of 300 UCAS points from 3 A-levels or equivalent (excluding General Studies). We are happy to accept mitigating circumstances and/or work experience in lieu of UCAS points.
• It is essential that you have, or are expected to achieve, a 2:1 classification. We accept first degree graduate applications from any degree discipline.
• Applicants to the IT graduate scheme must have a strong interest in IT, although any degree subject will be considered.
• To apply for our Postgraduate programme you must have completed a Masters in Economics and/or Finance.

All graduate vacancies require strong analytical skills, the ability to be a team player and work to tight deadlines. You must combine the capacity to learn new skills quickly with the ability to use your initiative, set your own targets and use sound analytical reasoning and clear objectives to make decisions.
