In your early days at the Bank you are provided with a thorough induction, and throughout your career a wide variety of training opportunities are available. We have a highly supportive working and learning culture and much of your learning will be on-the-job, working with other experienced staff. We offer coaching, mentoring and buddy schemes for all new entrants.
There is scope to develop your technical skills, for example we sponsor work-related study and some staff attend a part-time summer school at the London School of Economics. We also have an extensive reference library located in Head Office, where academic and business related literature is available.
Graduate entrants join our highly valued
